Haulaways provides residential and commercial junk removal, cleanout, light demolition, and haul-away services within Tulsa, Oklahoma, and surrounding Green Country communities. All estimates provided online or over the phone are non-binding visual approximations; final pricing is determined onsite prior to loading based on total volume, labor, and item weight.

2. Scheduling, Estimates, and Onsite Pricing

  • Estimates: Initial estimates given via website submission, telephone (918-407-0336), or messaging are estimates based on customer description.

  • Final Quotes: Our crew will inspect the items onsite and provide a firm, final price before work begins. Work will only proceed upon your verbal or written approval.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline or modify service onsite if items differ significantly from the initial description, present hazardous conditions, or violate local disposal regulations.

3. Acceptable Items and Prohibited Materials

To comply with Oklahoma state environmental regulations and local Tulsa waste management guidelines, we strictly limit what materials we can transport.

A. Acceptable Items

We accept general household junk, furniture, appliances, yard debris, electronics, office equipment, construction debris, and non-hazardous materials.

B. Prohibited Hazardous Materials

You agree NOT to request the removal of, or include in any load, hazardous or regulated waste, including but not limited to:

  • Wet paint, stains, or solvents

  • Motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, or pressurized canisters

  • Car batteries or industrial chemicals

  • Asbestos, biohazardous waste, or medical waste

  • Explosives, firearms, or ammunition

If prohibited materials are discovered during or after loading, you will be responsible for any special disposal fees, hazardous material remediation charges, or regulatory fines incurred.

4. Property Ownership and Right of Entry

By scheduling a pickup, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

  1. You are the legal owner of the property, an authorized tenant, or an authorized representative of the property owner with full power to grant access.

  2. You own all items designated for removal or have full legal authority from the owner to dispose of them.

  3. You authorize Haulaways personnel and vehicles to enter the designated real property to perform labor, loading, and haul-away services.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment Timing: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of service unless prior written credit or invoicing terms have been established for commercial accounts.

  • Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved electronic payments.

  • Late Payments: Unpaid accounts subject to collection will accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted under Oklahoma state law, alongside reasonable attorney fees and legal costs associated with collection.

6. Property Access, Damage Limits, and Driveway Liability

We exercise extreme care when operating vehicles and equipment on customer property. However:

  • Driveway & Pavement Risk: Heavy trucks and equipment carry inherent load risks. Haulaways is not liable for structural damage to driveways, asphalt, concrete, sidewalks, lawns, or underground utilities (e.g., sprinkler heads, septic lines) resulting from normal equipment operation at your directed location.

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural weakness, rotten wood, or compromised surfaces.

  • Claims: Any claim regarding accidental property damage must be submitted in writing with photographic documentation to Haulaways within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion.

7. SMS Communications and Opt-Out

By providing your contact information and mobile number to Haulaways, you consent to receive service notifications, booking updates, and transactional text messages (SMS).

  • You may opt-out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP to any text message or calling 918-407-0336.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
